THE DRIVING SYSTEM

傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)采用45°斜齒輪差速轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng):

(1）軸承座分為單聯(lián)體或多聯(lián)體;

(2）混棒夾套同輪棒之間采用軟連接或硬鏈接;

(3）傳動(dòng)電機(jī)同主傳動(dòng)軸之間采用鏈條或齒輪箱連接。

The transmission system adopts 45° helical gear differential rotation:
(1) The bearing seat is divided into single conjoined body or multiple conjoined body;
(2) A soft link or a hard link is used between the roller jacket and the roller;
(3) The drive motor is connected with the main drive shaft by chain or gear box.

一、傳動(dòng)平穩(wěn)、可靠、故障率低、使用壽命長。

二、可避免高溫區(qū)棍棒彎曲變形，具有自動(dòng)校直輯棒功能，從而延長可輯棒的使用壽命。

三、多段變頻加PLC自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)，自動(dòng)控制。

四、傳動(dòng)往返擺動(dòng)功能。

五、斷鏈報(bào)警功能。

六、斷棒報(bào)警功能。

Features:

2.It can avoid the bending and deformation of the roller in the high temperature zone, and has the
function of automatically straightening the roller, thereby prolonging the service life of the roller.
3.Automatic regulation and control in a few zones by inverters and PLC.
