目前我公司主要承建的業(yè)務(wù)范圍包括瓷磚輥道窯、日用瓷隧道窯以及節(jié)能環(huán)保燃燒器、高效率換熱器、消白煙過濾器；還承建陶瓷設(shè)備輔助機械（如窯爐進出窯機、釉線、翻坯機、儲坯機等單機設(shè)備）。

針對窯爐在生產(chǎn)大產(chǎn)量、大規(guī)格產(chǎn)品時遇到的實際問題，我們在窯爐內(nèi)部布置多道縱向抽熱支管，根據(jù)降溫曲線要求，將緩冷段低溫熱風(fēng)抽送至間冷段，利用階級加熱技術(shù)，使多余熱能得到有效利用，節(jié)能降耗；且冷熱風(fēng)可調(diào)，能有效解決緩冷帶斷面溫差問題。

針對窯爐在生產(chǎn)大產(chǎn)量、大規(guī)格產(chǎn)品時遇到的實際問題，我們在窯爐內(nèi)部布置多道縱向抽熱支管，
根據(jù)降溫曲線要求，將緩冷段低溫熱風(fēng)抽送至間冷段，利用階級加熱技術(shù)，使多余熱能得到有效利用，
節(jié)能降耗；且冷熱風(fēng)可調(diào)，能有效解決緩冷帶斷面溫差問題。
In view of the actual problems encountered by the kiln in the production of largevolume
and large-scale products, we arranged multiple vertical extraction heat pipes inside the kiln.
According to the requirements of the cooling curve, the lowtemperature hot air from the
slow cooling section is pumped to the indirect cooling section.
Heating technology can effectively use excess heat energy, save energy and reduce consumption;
and the adjustable hot and cold air can effectively solve the problem of temperature difference
in the section of the slow cooling zone.
