ENERGY-SAVING BURNER

1. DC-SW 預(yù)混式二次風(fēng)節(jié)能燃燒器通過設(shè)計(jì)兩道助燃風(fēng)管路，使噴槍的燃燒效率、控制范圍大大提高;
燃?xì)夂椭硷L(fēng)經(jīng)過提前在風(fēng)室內(nèi)提前混合，使氣體充分燃燒，達(dá)到節(jié)能減排、降低窯內(nèi)溫差、提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量等目的。
1. The DC-SW premixed secondary air energy-saving burner is designed with two combustionsupporting air pipelines
to greatly improve the combustion efficiency and control range of the spray gun; the gas and combustion-supporting air
are mixed in the air chamber in advance to make the gas fully burned. To achieve the purpose of energy saving and
emission reduction, reducing the temperature difference in the kiln, and improving product quality.

2. 高溫蓄熱式節(jié)能燃燒器該設(shè)備通過設(shè)計(jì)蓄熱殼體、管路使窯爐燒成段外溢的正壓高溫?zé)崮芑厥眨?br /> 在經(jīng)過風(fēng)機(jī)加壓混合后送至助燃風(fēng)系統(tǒng)，使助燃風(fēng)溫大大提高，減少噴槍燃燒升溫能耗, 達(dá)到節(jié)能減排效果。
2. High-temperature regenerative energy-saving burner. This equipment recovers the positive
pressure and high-temperature heat energy overflowed from the kiln firing section through
the design of the heat storage shell and pipeline, and sends it to the combustion-supporting
air system after being pressurized and mixed by the fan to make the combustion-supporting
air The temperature is greatly increased, reducing the energy consumption of the spray gun
burning and heating, and achieving the effect of energy saving and emission reduction.
